1. When do I have to pay for the car rental?

If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking: the rental amount, as well as any additional insurance and cancellation protection costs, will be deducted immediately after the car rental company confirms your booking. Booking confirmation usually takes 1-2 hours but can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

2. Where will I pick up the rented car?

All information about the collection process will be shown on your prepaid car rental voucher once your booking has been completed and confirmed.

3. Will there be a cancellation fee?

We charge a cancellation fee for:

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the rental will not be charged. You will be charged 50% of the rental price or 50 euros, whichever is less if you cancel your rental within 48 hours of the start of the rental.
