The essence of our CEO Carlos Alario Carlos  of Carisma Services. He arrived to the Ibiza island during the summer of 2008 and began to work at one of the best and more exclusive beach club in the island, where the most glamorous people on the planet gather to enjoy the best music in a unique location. Carlos has since become in a trusted person of many exclusive tourists who chose Ibiza as a summer destination. As a result of this in the summer of 2016 he created Carisma Services. Little by little, the clients who trusted his professionalism and discretion, grew, as did the team that day after day accompanies Carlos in the services offered by Carisma Services.


Managing Director of Carisma Experiences

Manu García is the Managing Director of Carisma Services. From 2009 to summer 2017, he has worked in the most exclusives clubs in Puerto Banus, Marbella. It was there that he developed extensive experience in dealing with exclusive clients and luxury tourism. He is also a partner of a digital agency since 2016 with which they support Carisma in their digital activities.


Camila Paniagua is a member of our team, providing virtual assistance and physical assistance, in addition to being one of those in charge of discovering the new most emblematic sites of the destinations where Carisma operates, she also provides her services as a private chef, with international cuisine, tulum-mexican style, traditional mexican, israeli food dinners, sabbat dinners, and fusion kitchen.

With over 20 years of professional career dedicated to customer service and experience worldwide, Paola Braun joins the Carisma team in 2022 as a Brand Ambassador. Together with Carlos, she ensures the highest quality in our services while maintaining the brand standards, with the primary focus on the complete satisfaction and trust of our customers.
She is also owner of the Household & Event management company that joins with Carisma in a Business to Business partnership, being able to guarantee and reinforce our services to an even higher level.

As the General Operations Manager at Carisma Experiences, Jeanette excels in effectively leading her team and coordinating the activities of various departments to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives. She also oversees and manages the administrative sector, ensuring operational efficiency throughout the company.


Charlotte joins our team this season from Mexico to assist our clients’ requests, providing advice on any requirement, so that you live a completely satisfactory charismatic moment.
